The preset voices are not it for your companions? You can now upload a 10seconds voice sample that will be used when your companion sends you voice messages.

Key Highlights of this update:

1. Chat Settings: Making it (hopefully), much more simpler for you to quickly edit your companion's settings, backstory, focus…
   There are also 1 interesting tab: ‘User Settings’ that allows you to edit how you are seen by your companions in chats or group chats. This feature can potentially be improved to include a user backstory…
   

   
   

2. Custom voices: To setup a voice, click on the new Chat Settings button (just above the message input box, circled in yellow in the screenshot below), navigate to the ‘Voice’ tab and upload your 5-10s voice sample. I’d suggest you to try and find the best quality audio you can find.
   
   This feature is in alpha.
   

   

3. @ MENTIONS! In my opinion the best part of this update. You can now mention participants in group chats and they will be the next to reply. This can be super useful if you want to roleplay with one companion at a time yet have all participants be aware of the context. 4. Less miss-gendering / gender confusion: Your companions can sometimes have issues with genders (yours and theirs), this update hopefully brings an improvement to that issue.

5. Longer chat inputs: By popular request, you can now send messages to your companions that are up to 850 characters.
