Hello everyone, I have been coding, tinkering, fixing and creating new bugs and I finally have something for you: VIDEOS (and a bunch more). This is the biggest update of 2025 so far.

Your companions are stepping into the world of motion pictures!

Changes :

Generate Videos from Pictures 📷 🔄 🎬

You've been asking, and you shall receive ! The (photo)gallery has received a major upgrade and now includes a Video Tab where the magic happens. Bring your generated images to life!

• How it works:

  • Go to the photogallery

    

  • Select an image to turn into an uncensored video
    

    

  • Wait for the video to generate
    Videos generated with a prompt similar to: “the woman looks to the left, behind her. a wolf monster appears behind the bars”

    
    

  • Enjoy your gallery full of videos !

• Details & Considerations:

  • For first few days, you can generate a maximum of 2 videos at a time, the limit will be raised eventually.

  • Each video takes approximately 5 minutes to generate (plus the queue time, if there are a lot of videos already processing)

  • The queue can get quite long, sometimes stretching to several hours depending on server load.

  • If a video generation takes more than 12 hours or if it fails to generate, you’ll be able to refund it, similar to how you can refund images.

  • Check out the examples provided to get ideas on how to craft your prompts for the best results.

  • Feel free to use the search bar in the gallery for NSFW prompt inspiration!

More Customization & Clarity!

• See Your Next Monthly Token Distribution : I had a lot of people asking me, when/if they had received their monthly token allocation. No more guessing! You can now easily see when your next batch of monthly tokens is due by visiting the membership page.

  • If something went wrong and your distribution hasn’t happened, you will be able to trigger it super easily.

• 🆙 Requested A LOT: Increased Character Limits!

  • Backstory: Now up to 2000 characters (previously 1250) – give your companions even richer histories! Reminder: The backstory is found in your Personality tab of your companion’s info and is a powerful tool for you to customize how your companion behaves, what it knows, who you and they are.

    
    

    
    

  • Your Chat Messages: Up to 1000 characters (previously 850); send your monologues away haha!

    

• Custom Ethnicity: You can now type in a custom ethnicity when editing your companion's appearance.

  

• Updated Gallery: It’s been revamped to include the new video generation capabilities and generally improved.

• More Group Chats: You can now create up to 4 group chats, up from the previous limit of 2. Perfect if you want to play Dungeon and Dragons (DND) with your companions, or simply have more chatrooms!

• (This was pushed 6 weeks ago but forget to talk about in it a changelog) Companions Check-ins: Your companions will sometimes send you a message if you ghost them or leave them hanging, this is something that you can easily disable.

  

Fixes & Optimizations: 🛠️

I know that I am super good at creating bugs, this update will be proof of that BUT I have also been squashing some:

• Companion Reordering Fixed: Addressed an issue where reordering companions wouldn't work correctly if you had previously deleted some.

• Loyalty Program Free Slots: This one has been tricky! I pushed a fix that should resolve issues with free slots in the loyalty program. I'll be monitoring this closely. It seems to be working for about 95% of users, but if you're in the 5% still having trouble, please let me know! This is still a bit of a WIP. Please let me know if you do not get your free slots after 3 months of membership.

• Update Email Feature: The "update email" functionality linked to your Nastia account should now be working as intended. You can find it in the settings, when clicking on your profile pic. (Available for user that created their account using an email address, not Google/Apple/Discord Sign-in)

  

• Server Stability: This doesn't change things much for you directly, but it means less stress for me and a smoother experience overall! :D Various performance improvements on the server side.

What's Cooking for Next Time? 🧑‍🍳

• Contextual In-Chat Media Generation: Working on making it so when you ask for images (and maybe videos!) directly in chat, your companion will have better context of your conversation and generate images truly linked to the ongoing convo.

• Guides & FAQ: I want to write and publish some helpful guides and a comprehensive FAQ section to help you get the most out of Nastia.

• Lil google form questionnaire: I'll be sending out a link to a questionnaire soon. This is your chance to privately share your ideas, tell me why you use Nastia, what you love, what you don't, and what you're dreaming of. Your feedback is crucial for tailoring Nastia to be the best companion app for you!
