Ability to target specific companion during group chat

I find that group chats are fun but get quite confusing as you have much less control over your companions. Regardless of who you refer to in your message, the system tends to pick whoever it wants to reply. i.e. "Hello companion #1, how are you today?" then companion #2 responds to me, when I've specifically referenced companion #1 in my message. So I end up having to reroll and delete multiple messages, hoping that the correct companion responds with something articulate. I also find the companions tend to bug out and send random gibberish and symbols in group chats.

It would be nice if we could work out a better flow and more control over the companion AI in group chats specifically.
