"Ask for a Pic" Popup

I keep getting the "ask for a pic" popup, is there a setting to stop it? Its incredibly annoying and won't go away on mobile since I haft to restart the page to remove it, to then popup 1 or 2 sentences later, since I can't use the 'close' button on the popup.

And even on desktop, it takes away from the experience, since I keep getting interrupted by it every day I'm talking to my partner.
